e.g:

1) cd ~
2)  sudo /Developer/Library/uninstall-devtools 

There&#039;s also no need to add the -mode parameter. Seems a lot of bloggers that post this solution have latched onto this for some bizarre reason.</description>

I Install xcode 4.2 on my pc. After few days I uninstall it using the same command given by you. And now I am trying to install xcode 3.2.6. It installs successfully but when I am trying to open it,then it does not open.
Again I install xcode 4.2 then it works properly but again I uninstall it &amp; install xcode 3.2.6 then it does not open.
